MICHAEL Michael Kors Set Travel Flap MK Signature Wallet, $58

I have been in love with this wallet since I got it a few months ago! It’s the only wallet I use. It’s perfect for my cards and ID. I even put my bus/train pass in there and I don’t have to take it out to tap it to pay (yes, I ride the bus and the train my life is not as glamorous as my beauty spending habits I know what a shock! haha!) If you follow me on Twitter you know I was hesitant about buying a Micheal Kors wallet or bag. I was not planning on getting one but I just saw this one and I thought it was so practical and simple. So I had to get it and I am so happy I did!

Real Technique Brushes, Powder Brush & Expert Face Brush, $10,$9

I use the big fluffy Powder Brush to apply my powder foundation when I want a sheer coverage or to make sure my highlight, blush and contour is blended well. Now the Expert Face Brush is a real rockstar! I use it to apply concealer, foundation, coutour powders, you name it! I have 3 of these brushes and I will keep buying more because they can be used for so many things!

1. MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundation NW50 $27

I wear the MAC powder foundation daily! It’s a staple! It is great for my oily skin and it is full coverage!

2. MAC Powder Blush in Format $22

This blush is a frost finish and it gives the most beautiful bronzey shimmer finish! I love it!

3. MAC Eye shadow in Brown Script $16

 I love this as a transition shade in the crease. It adds great depth and dimension to a simple or complex look!

4. Fashion Fair Blush in Chocolate Chip $17

This adds great color to the cheeks or eyes if used as an eye shadow. It is very pigmented and high quality. It is also deep enough to be used as a contour. This color is a brown girl essential!

1. Aussie 3 Minute Mircale Moist Deep Conditioner $2.99

This is a busy and frugal girl’s dream! It deep conditions in 3 minutes and is only $2.99. It does a great job and it works phenomenal on my thick coarse hair!

2. Shea Moisture Tahitian Nono & Monoi Smooth & Repair Hair & Scalp Weekly Therapy $10.99

I got this product in a Cocotique box! Click here to see my reviews on Cocotique beauty subscriptions boxes! I no longer mix my Tresemme or Herbal Essence conditioner with extra virgin olive oil as my prepoo. I use this product as a prepoo instead. It hydrates my hair like no other! It is now a part of my hair regimen. 

1. MAC Prep + Prime Highlighter in Peach Lustre $26

I use this to color correct the darkness and discoloration around my eyes and mouth. I then put on my foundation or bb cream on top! 

2. MAC Eye Brow Pencil in Stud $16

I usually am a powder girl for eyebrows but I use this pencil a lot too! Its tiny and pointy so it’s easy to be precise and fill in your brows neatly.

3. Maybelline Colorsensational The Buffs Lipstick in Untainted Spice $8.29

This color is a great nude brown lipstick! It looks so AMAZING on brown skin. 

Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes $5.99

These wipes take off makeup like a dream but yet it is very gentle and does not smell like chemicals. The wipes are very wet and do not leave film or residue on the skin.

April Favorites 2014

Shea Moisture Illuminating Powder Mandaly Dusk,  Target $11.99

This is a brown girl must-have. I use it as bronzer on my cheeks and in the crease of my eyes. It is the perfect color. Love this!

Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value Organic Coconut Oil, about $5

I love this stuff! It seals in the moisture in my hair like no other. I love the texture and is a staple in my hair regimen.

MAC Select Moisture Cover Concealer in NW45, $22

This is a great highlight color under my eyes. It’s moisturizing and has great coverage. This has been a staple in my makeup routine since freshman year in college!

Forever 21 Contour Makeup Sponge, $3.80

Please excuse my dirty sponge, that’s to show you I use this baby! It’s my Beauty Blender dupe and I use it with the Mac Select Moisture Cover Concealer. The sponge blends the concealer beautifully!

Beautiful Textures Tangle Taming Leave-in Conditioner, Walgreens $5.99

I love the price and I love that it’s easy to find at my local drugstores. You can mix this with other products and it works so well! Alone this products leaves my hair feeling light but moisturized.

E.L.F Healthy Glow Bronzer in Warm Tan, Target $1

This is a great highlight on my cheeks and hello it’s a $1! Say what!

This cleanser does a great job at deep cleaning and clearing up pimples.

Victoria’s Secret Such a Flirt Body Butter, Victoria’s Secret, $12

This is such a light clean feminine scent and it leaves my skin feeling really nice.

ELF Contouring Blush & Bronzer in Turks & Caicos, Walgreens, $3

This is the perfect contouring bronzer I have ever used for such a low price.

Orange Pumice, Local BSS, $1

This keeps my feet looking and feeling silky smooth and soft.

Olay Face Brush, Walgreens, $30.99

My cheap alternative to the Clarisonic. This device power cleans my face!

Wet n Wild Fergie Mattifying Powder in Pedestal, Walgreens, $4.99

This controls the oils in my tzone and adds a nice glow to my face.

ELF Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara, Walgreens, $1

This keeps my eyebrows tamed all day!

I love to use this on the high points of my cheeks as a highlight, it gives a nice glow, it is super pretty!

This smells amazing!

This has kept my lips moisturized during this cold winter month!
