Beauty Tip: DIY Conditioner Using Foil Packets!

diy conditioner

Beauty Tip: Combine different hair samples in a bowl to create a DIY conditioner.

1. Gather different kinds of hair conditioners, deep conditioners, oils and treatments from deluxe samples, foil packets and the last bit of full-size products.

2. Add all the products into a bowl.

3. Mix the products together.

4. Then apply to your hair, let it sit for 5-15 minutes and then rinse out.

I buy hair products but I use this DIY conditioner a few times a month because I receive a lot of small samples from beauty subscriptions that are not enough for me to get any use out of them. So instead of throwing the samples away I decided to just add the hair samples I get into a bowl along with the last of any of my full-size products. I use this DIY conditioner on my weaves and wigs and if I like the mixture then I use it on my natural hair!

Beauty Tip: Remove Makeup with Vaseline

Remove Eye Makeup with Vaseline (Instructions):

1. Place a dime size amount of Vaseline on your eyes.

2. Gently rub the Vaseline onto your eyes (be sure not to get it into your eyes).

3. Wipe off the Vaseline with a damp cloth or paper towel.

This method will leave you with a cleansed and moisturized eye area.

Beauty Tip: Soak, Ped Egg, Vaseline, Plastic Wrap & Socks

The summer wrecks havoc on my feet. Between flats, sandals and walking barefoot my feet seem to lose their softness come September. Here is what I do to get rid of dry and rough feet:

How to get rid of rough & dry feet

1. Soak feet in water for 15mins

2.Use a Ped Egg to scrap off dead skin on feet

3. Slather Vaseline on  feet

4. Wrap feet in plastic

5. Then put of socks

Stay like this overnight or for 30-60 minutes. I do this routine every night when I notice my feet acting up.
