So as of 12/19/2011 I have lost a total of -11.4 lbs. and it feels fantastic! My clothes are looking better and I can go harder at the gym. I am still following the Weight Watchers plan and it is obviously working. It is probably the most easy and practical weight loss plan that I have ever followed. I will try my best to update you on the specifics of the plan but I also want to post general helpful information on weight loss that does not necessarily pertain directly to WW’s. I want you to be able to lose weight with me regardless if you are on WW’s or not. Leave me feedback and let me know what you would like to know more about.
